Fair Usage
Overview
Our services are designed to provide reliable and consistent internet access to all users. This Fair Usage Policy ensures that network resources are shared fairly and that service quality is maintained across all customers.
Unlimited Usage
Where services are described as “uncapped” or “unlimited”, this means there are no fixed data caps. However, usage is subject to fair and responsible use.
Fair Use Principles
Customers are expected to:
- Use the service for normal residential purposes
- Avoid excessive or continuous high-volume usage that impacts network performance
- Not use the service for unlawful or abusive activities
- Not resell or redistribute the service without authorisation
Network Management
To maintain overall network performance, we may implement reasonable network management measures, including:
- Temporary speed adjustments during peak periods
- Traffic prioritisation to ensure fair access for all users
Prohibited Use
The following activities are not permitted:
- Operating servers or services that place excessive demand on the network
- Continuous automated data transfers or abnormal usage patterns
- Any activity that degrades network performance for other users
Enforcement
If a customer’s usage is found to be inconsistent with this policy, we reserve the right to:
- Contact the customer to discuss usage
- Apply temporary restrictions
- Suspend or terminate the service in severe cases
Changes to Policy
This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect network conditions and service improvements.
